Key Features: The Gold's Gym 310 comes with some advantages along with few disadvantages as well. One of the best benefits is it costs extremely cheap that anyone can buy easily, and you can get a chance to train yourself right at home which could cost you less than a couple of month gym membership fee. But sadly, it is not designed for everyone to use. In general, the recommended length of a stride should be as a minimum of 20” for an average person to use, but the Gold Gym comes in just 14”, this makes you feel as if you are shuffling along rather than being in a much more comfortable elliptical motion.

The machine is quite easy to use with a 10-resistance level and the display that comes with it is also not that bad giving out a much clearer feedback. Although it is claimed that the machine can support up to 250 lbs, it has been denied by some users. According to them, they did not feel that comfortable while getting on it. With all its tiny welds, flimsy steel tubes and extremely narrow footplate make you feel extremely fragile and as if the machine will topple any moment. Another thing about this machine is that it is noisy while being used with all the squeaks, clicks and clants. But you can easily avoid these noises by oiling the machine on a regular basis.

The extremely light weight and quite unstable frame design that it has to offer its users make it very uncomfortable to ride on, while at the same time, the tension system is supposed to be a bit low quality while the drive system of this elliptical is extremely lightweight.

Overall, if you look at the Gold's Gym 310 Elliptical Stride Trainer according to its price tag, it is not such a bad option, especially for those who cannot afford much more expensive strides, but if you are a bit too worried and serious about your fitness, it is recommended to go for the much more expensive stuff.
